Each screen is made to order, so we craft yours after you place it — that takes about fourteen days. During busy periods it can stretch to twenty-one, but we always confirm your estimated ship date in the order confirmation email.

We ship from the Netherlands to all EU countries. Delivery typically takes three to seven business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Since we ship within the EU, no customs fees or import duties apply — your order arrives at the price shown at checkout.

You have fourteen days from delivery to return an item for a full refund, in line with EU consumer law. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange the return label.

You can cancel or modify your order within twenty-four hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. After that, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and iDEAL. All payments are processed securely.

Each LED screen comes with a power adapter and mounting hardware. The canvas is removable  — just detach it and follow the care label. For technical issues, our support team responds within one business day.

We offer a two-year warranty on the LED screen and electronics, covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear on the canvas isn’t included.

Screens are listed in centimetres. Measure your wall space before ordering — allow a few centimetres of clearance around the edges for ventilation and cable routing. If you’re between sizes, go larger.

Every screen includes a wall-mount bracket and a plug-and-play power cable, so most customers are up and running in under fifteen minutes. No electrician needed for standard indoor use. For heavier models or outdoor mounting, we recommend a professional installer.

The included power adapter handles European outlets, two hundred thirty volts. Cable length is roughly available in two, three of five meters  — extension cables are available separately if your outlet is farther away.

Our standard screens are indoor only. For patios or covered outdoor spaces, direct rain and prolonged sun exposure will shorten the lifespan of any LED panel.

Brightness is adjustable through the included remote.

The art canvas is removable — unzip or unclip it from the frame, and is removable for seasonal swaps, but it’s not washable — just gently dust it with a dry, soft cloth. Moisture or cleaning products will damage the print, so keep it dry.
